Les jouets Playforever are committed to protecting the environment and nature by selling products made of wood. In our collections, you will find durable toys and games, mostly made of wood and cardboard. Some of the packaging is fully recyclable, while others are manufactured from recycled milk containers. Les jouets Playforever are concerned about the quality of their products and environmental respect.

Are all of your toys and games made of wood?

Les jouets Playforever offer mostly wooden toys. We choose manufacturers from all over the world who offer durable toys made of noble materials, while meeting safety standards for children's toys.

Is all packaging recyclable?

Les jouets Playforever strive to offer products with a recyclable packaging. The fact sheet of each item indicates the material the toy or the game is made of. We also specify when the packaging is recyclable. It depends on the information provided by the manufacturer.

How can I use my discount code?

Once you have added your items to your cart and have clicked on the verification button, you will see a ‘’Gift card or promo code’’ field where you can simply enter the activation code.

Can I make a purchase on your website even if I am not an early childhood centre, a daycare, an elementary school or a company?

Yes, you can make a purchase on our website, but you won't receive the discount granted to early childhood centres, daycares, elementary schools or companies.

I received my delivery, but the box is damaged or the item is broken

If at reception the product is found to be damaged or does not correspond to your order, Les jouets Playforever undertake to exchange the product. Shipping costs will be charged to Les jouets Playforever, provided the product is returned in the original packaging along with the delivery notice and a copy of the invoice within the prescribed deadline from the delivery date. For any exchange request, please contact our Customer Service at info@playforever.toys or visit the contact page of our website https://www.playforever.toys/pages/contact.

Products shipped by Canada Post should be checked on delivery to make sure they have not been damaged. If so, you must make a claim to Canada Post within 48 hours following reception, giving your tracking number. If the box is damaged, refuse delivery.

How are delivery costs determined?

Delivery costs are calculated according to the destination postal code and the weight of each item. They are added automatically to the shopping cart. Additional delivery charges may apply for customers located in remote regions (as defined by Canada Post) and are added automatically to your shopping cart. If so, our Customer Service will contact you to confirm the extra charge related to your transaction.

Shipping is free for any order of $49,95 (canada only) and more placed on our website https://www.playforever.toys. For delivery outside of Canada, free delivery does not apply. Shipping costs will be added automatically depending on the country of delivery.
